Thus was born Officina Meccanica Ve.Me., a business that took its first steps amidst difficulties and great sacrifices. Customers were few and far between, and every opportunity had to be seized with determination, commitment, and passion. The first turning point came with the company's entry into the paper industry. It was here that the company began to grow, gain recognition, and demonstrate its value. From that moment, it embarked on a journey of continuous evolution, driven by precision, professionalism, and the ability to adapt to an ever-changing market.

In 2015, this growth found a new expression in the name. Officina Meccanica Ve.Me. became Menichelli Group. This change didn't represent a break with the past, but rather a natural evolution, encompassing the experience built over the years and an increasingly forward-looking vision.
